Response Guidelines

These are the typical assignments for responses:
-Medical Call:  Nearest engine, Alpine County Ambulance (ACA)
-Fire Alarm Activation:  1 Engine, Tower 7, Battalion Chief
-Box Alarm (reported structure fire):  Nearest 3 engines, Tower 7, Battalion Chief, ACA
-First Alarm (confirmed structure fire):  Nearest 3 engines, Tower 7, Rescue 7, Battalion Chief, ACA, remaining Engines staffed by off duty/call personnel, aerial called from neighboring department
-Second Alarm:  2 additional engines, 1 aerial to the scene.  2 engines, 1 aerial from neighboring departments
-Third Alarm:  Cover apparatus to the scene, 2 and 1 fill in behind     
-Fourth Alarm:  Cover apparatus to the scene, 2 and 1 fill in behind
-Additional Alarms:  Cover apparatus to the scene, 2 and 1 fill in.
-Motor Vehicle Crash:  2 engines, Battalion Chief, ACA
  -with entrapment:  add Tower 7, additional ambulances as needed
