Station 3

Station 3 is located in downtown Brickenridge, and is the busiest station.  Completed in 1999, the station receives about 2,400 calls a year.  The response district includes Brickenridge, Brickenridge Ski Resort, unicorporated areas to the north, and south, and Bond Mountain Road.  Engine 3 also provides EMS response to Ullr Valley.  Officers at Station 3 are Captains as opposed to Lieutenants at Stations 2, 4, and 7.

Apparatus assigned to Station 3 include:

Engine 3:  A 2009 Sutphen Monarch Rescue Pumper with a 1500 GPM Waterous pump, with 725 gallons of water, and a Compressed Air Foam System.  Due to steep hills and heavy snow, this engine is equipped with 4 Wheel Drive.  Engine 3 also carries extrication equipment, and rope rescue gear.
